Tissues used for this kit can be mouse tails and any other animal tissues. This kit can be used for other biological samples, such as plants, blood, or bacteria with minor modifications. No complicated DNA purification steps are needed. The PCR product can be directly loaded onto an agarose gel without the addition of loading dye for visualization of the experimental results.
