Rapid TA Cloning kit This product is based on TA cloning vector for efficient and convenient PCR cloning. The ligation reaction can be completed in 5 minutes at 25°C. The TA Cloning Vector is strictly purified, and the 3'-protruding T base is stable, and the vector self-linking probability is low. The number of blue spots for 0.5-2 kb inserts can be less than 5%, and the positive rate of white spot insertion can reach more than 90%, so blue-white spot screening can be avoided. The kit provides DNA ligase, a reaction buffer and a 500bp PCR product (control insert) as a positive control for the ligation reaction. It is recommended to use M13 Forward and M13 Reverse or T7 Promoter and T3 Promoter universal primers for DNA sequencing. Kit components: 1. T Cloning Vector (20µL) 2. 500bp Control Insert (5µL) 3.
